If Mark E. Smith came from New York or somewhere right now and smoked too much dope and used a whole bunch of acoustic instruments and didn’t really rant and rave like markesmith but kept his mouth shut and his head in the studio instead of his fists on the bar of the local, then he might sound like a bit of this for a ‘song’ or 2.

This is what some of us used to call ‘underground’ music when our pubic hairs were something new.

I reckon they had a lot of fun putting this together…and i enjoy listening to it.

Maybe it was something else they did that got tagged ‘folk’…..not this, man.
